¿Why won’t cops tell how & why they killed Boo-B00?

| Boo-Boo Celaya was killed by Fresno City police last summer under highly questionable circumstances. Since then his family and friends have been trying to get the facts from the police. No luck. So Friday, with support from the Mexican America Political Association (MAPA) they staged a rally in front of the police station. See and hear them in video below.
